Co-owners Raul Gutierrez and Scott Miller have spent the past year testing the recipes
and menu to make sure the flavors of City Mexican Cuisine are authentic in nature,
unique in taste and “like-no-other” in the Springfield area. All of the main entrees
on the menu are named after a city in Mexico, lending to the name and concept of
City Mexican Cuisine.
